In these sessions, we work with what's present for you, creating room to step back from overthinking and reconnect with a deeper sense of direction and meaning.

• Speak things into clarity - finding coherence in what feels tangled or uncertain, through more than just thought

• Recognise and work with repeating patterns - could there be deeper wisdom in the recurring themes in your life?

• Articulate what's emerging in your life - not just what you're asking of life, but also what life is asking of you

• Cultivate trust in your own perception - cultivate self-trust and deepen into who you already are

• Explore your life through symbol and story - including working with your birth chart as a rich source of metaphor
