These Gaia Workshops are a series of 10-week immersive journeys, each devoted to one of the five elemental phases of Chinese Medicine: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.

Across the year, these workshops form a complete pathway of understanding, enabling you to embody your unique role in the rhythmically unfolding cosmos.

Each workshop aligns with the rhythms of the natural world, weaving together:

• The elemental phases of Chinese Medicine

• The Celtic seasonal calendar and celestial turning points of the year

• Physical, emotional & symbolic wellbeing as they relate to each season

This is a way of orienting yourself within the living field of life.

What to Expect

• Seasonal & Cosmic Orientation - Attune to the earthly and celestial energetic landscape of the moment and understand how it is in constant relationship with your inner and outer experience.

• Energetic & Emotional Understanding - Explore the nourishing and regulating cycles of Chinese Medicine, learning how life at every level mirrors each other.

• Body & Health - Dive into the physical systems associated with each element, bridging traditional wisdom with modern understanding.

• Herbal Wisdom - Learn how specific plants support the body and energy of each phase, including a hands-on herbal remedy workshop.

• Myth & Meaning - Explore the symbolic and mythic dimensions of each element through stories and archetypes.

• Live Discussion - Participate in guided discussions to reflect, share and deepen your understanding in community.

Each workshop is a resource and support system to integrate these teachings into your everyday life. In fact, these are not workshops, they're wild Being!
