Through foam rolling, tennis balls, or acu-balls, you’ll gently work the fascial network, releasing tension, improving circulation & promoting tissue hydration. Layered on this, guided Qigong meditations on the same points enhance energy flow & deepen your connection to your body’s innate intelligence.
