These sessions blend hands-on, self-massage techniques with Qigong-inspired meditations to stimulate key points along your physical & energetic pathways.

Through soft foam rolling, soft therapy balls or tennis balls, you’ll gently work the fascial network, releasing tension, improving circulation & promoting tissue hydration. Layered on this, guided Qigong meditations enhance energy flow & deepen your connection to your body’s innate intelligence.

Each session helps you to:

  • Release fascial tension & restore mobility

  • Activate & harmonise energy along meridian channels & acupoints

  • Support nervous system regulation & a sense of embodied calm

  • Cultivate mindful presence & awareness of your body’s inner intelligence

  • Specific actions on the fascia: gliding, shearing, rinsing, flushing, static pressure, cross-fibre & contract-relax techniques
