Activate the living intelligence of your fascia through this strength-based Yang Yoga practice.

These dynamic 1-hour classes are designed to cultivate tone & sensory awareness, awakening your body from the inside out.

Through targeted drills & intentional movement, we gently “tease” the fascial system, enhancing responsiveness & integrated whole-body connection. Each session begins by activating & charging specific areas of the body, before moving into a flowing sequence where this awakened awareness is consciously embodied.

These practices support you to:

  • Improve ease & efficiency of movement by improving elastic recoil & the body’s ability to regulate tension & release

  • Reduce tightness & pain by improving mobility & gliding capacity within the fascial network

  • Improve coordination & balance

  • Improve awareness of body, posture & movement

  • Encourage gradual fascia re-modeling & resilience over time
